 Carola Lueder entered the Real estate business in 1990 as a Commercial Investment Broker with Marcus & Millichap in Newport Beach, California. Within three years Carola accomplished over forty eight million Dollars in transactions specializing in Hospitality and Multi-residential properties. Her passion for the Hotel business led her to Palm Springs where she opened an office for Grub & Ellis and became involved with local Gaming and Hotel/Resort development as well as land sales and site acquisitions. Carola also served as a consultant to the Bureau of Indian Affairs negotiating land leases for Resort development. During this time Carola purchased several properties for redevelopment, remodeling and managed her own rental properties.

After several years as a top producer of high-end residential sales and investments   in Laguna Beach, California and surrounding areas, Carola pursued her dream as a developer in South Florida specializing in Boutique Condo Hotels. Over the last five years Carola has perfected this niche market with an emphasis on mixed use Condo Hotels, prime locations, four-star amenities and exquisite first class service. She has formed two companies, California Dreamin, LLC and Properties USA, Inc. Carola provides consulting services & staff training for Hotel owners and developers within the USA and Internationally. Her services include:  Feasibility Studies,  Cost Projections,  Site Acquisitions,  Project Management,  Sales & Marketing,  Design & Development.  Carola is a International Speaker and Trainer in the Real Estate and Hospitality 
Industry. 

With the changing market over the last two years, Carola has concentrated on building her office, Properties USA, Inc. to working foreclosures, (REO) short sales and distressed residential and commercial real estate. She has trained, recruited agents and continues to build her company in the South Florida market.
